Background & Expertise

Paolo is a researcher in bioethics. His background is in philosophy, bioethics, and medical jurisprudence. In the past years, he has worked on several empirical ethics projects conducting qualitative research with mental health service users, carers, health professionals, researchers, and members of the public. His research interests include psychiatric ethics, mental health law, and research ethics.

Role on CDIP Project

Paolo works across different work packages to investigate the ethical, legal, and social issues of using blockchain technologies to share health data.
